Shipping policy

Shipping costs and information:

Our products are only shipped to the countries listed below as standard. Delivery is handled either by DPD, DHL or a forwarding agent. Shipping is free of charge for you.

If you require delivery to a country outside the countries listed, please contact us by e-mail at bestellung@natururnen-manufaktur.de before placing your order. We will then check for you whether shipping to the country in question is possible and how much the shipping costs will be for you after we have clarified the details with our shipping partner.

1. shipping within Germany:

Shipping within Germany is free of charge for you.

2. shipping to countries outside Germany:

We ship to the following countries: all member states of the European Union (EU) as well as Switzerland, Norway and Great Britain.

Shipping costs of 17,49 euros per order apply for shipping to member states of the European Union (EU).

Shipping costs of 26,99 euros per order apply for shipping to Switzerland, Norway and Great Britain.

Deliveries to non-EU countries may incur additional costs for which we accept no liability. These costs are to be borne by you and include, among other things, fees for the money transfer (e.g. bank charges, exchange rate fees) as well as customs and import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).
