Description

River Stones is an urn collection inspired by the elements of nature. Its shape is very similar to that of a river stone, embodying the uniqueness and timelessness of nature.

Their soft shape, the materials used, and the high-quality craftsmanship of the urns create a pleasant and intimate feeling when holding them.

River Stones urns are intended to offer an alternative to conventional urns, allowing us to discreetly and personally honor, remember, and bid farewell to our loved ones.

Material and workmanship

FriedWald

This urn cannot be interred in a FriedWald forest cemetery due to the hard teak wood.

Handcrafted

# From my family to yours

Crafted Urns is a family-run woodworking business from Managua, Nicaragua. The River Stones urns are carefully handcrafted in a work environment that places great value on human well-being. From the selection of wood from sustainable forestry to the finish made of natural oils, beeswax, and carnauba wax. No varnishes or resins are used.

Tania Flores is an architect and the founder of Crafted Urns. She, her team, and her family put their heart and soul into every urn that leaves our warehouse.

To ensure that future generations can also benefit from a healthy environment, Crafted Urns participates in the reforestation projects of The Generation Forest: The cooperative plants permanent generation forests on degraded areas in Panama, which bind large amounts of CO2 and open up a financial perspective for the local population. In this way, we actively contribute to shaping a livable future.

# Final Home

Home is where their love never fades.

We believe remembrance feels like a hug: comforting, warm and full of quiet joy. Grief is different for everyone, as is the way we remember. Some find comfort in staying close. Others in letting go.

But love never truly disappears: it remains, in the spaces where we live, in the stories we tell, in the quiet moments that make us smile. The River Stones urns from Crafted Urns are designed to be objects of remembrance. Our urns are intended to help you find a way to remember your loved ones with ease and grace.

We create experiences that make grief softer, more mindful, and freer. And we produce urns that belong as much to nature as they do to you: handcrafted from sustainably sourced wood. Shaped with care and designed to be held in your hands or as a beautiful part of your home. Thoughtfully simple, wonderful to touch, and made to be part of life, not separate from it.
